The Riverhill Property Owners Association is a self managed HOA. It serves to promote a family environment while assisting members in maintaining their investment.

This shall be accomplished through various programs that support an aesthetically pleasing neighborhood.

The Association:

• Maintains the entrances and certain common areas of Riverhill
• Funds and executes projects that benefit all property owners
• Works with our governing officials in obtaining needed improvements to our streets
• Administers the covenants, conditions and restrictions thereof.
